Some weeks ago, I have purchased rgc:audio Sfz+. As far, I have been using the free Sfz with Acid Pro 4. Unfortunately, the retail version of Sfz+ does not support the Giga format anymore. I know that the giga format 2.5 was supported within a previous release. I have contacted the support at rgc:audio, with proof of my purchase, but they refuse to give me a copy of that special version. It's incredible that the newer version has less features than the previous one. So, I'm looking for someone who could send me a copy of the sfz+ with Giga support. Please e-mail me at "djipysound<AT>yahoo<DOT>fr". Maybe we can make a deal with sf2 or gig files. |

I’ve been using the free SFZ for years and I don’t recall it ever supporting the Giga format. It is strictly a Soundfont player. I have GIG files and the free SFZ doesn’t read them. If you need a program to convert your GIG files to SF2 you might try AWave Studio. It does an excellent job at a lot of different conversions and the trial is full functional. ~jr Message last edited on11/1/2005 4:53:48 AM byJohnnyRoy. |
