Hello, I need some help in preventing pops which occur on my CDs. Here is my process of recording: My band records to a CD; I extract the files in Acid Pro 5, use the chopper to cut off beginnings and endings; then I equalize the tracks; then I render them as wav files; then when all files are done, I load them into windows media player, and tfrom there I burn them onto a CD. The tracks sound fine when played in Acid; and the wav files sound find when played in the media player. But once they are on a CD, I get loud pops at the end of each track. Does anyone know why this is happening, and how I can prevent it? thanks, Andrew |

Which burning method? Track-at-Once or Disc-at-Once? Iacobus ------- RodelWorks - Original Music for the Unafraid Buy Instant ACID by JohnnyRoy and mD! mD at ACIDplanet |
