Just use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in on the timeline all the way and slip and slide the track around. If you need to sync music at the sub frame level turn off quantize to frames.

The way I do it is to move one of the audio Events backwards and forwards until I can no longer hear an echo.

1/- Same Event on Track 1 and Track 2

2/- Click on one of the events

3/- Engage Loop/Playback and play the events against each other - you should get something like an echo or a recognisable "shift".

4/- Using the KeyPad/NumberPad to reposition one of the Events for FORWARDS use the "3" key and BACKWARDS use the "1" key. This makes the Event move a frame at a time. The "4" and "5" key moves the Event 5 frames at a time. Do this until the audio "sounds" on the money.

I use the graphical method to get a "rough" synch, but I also find the method above gets me to what I finally want to "hear".

Any good?
