Subject:Playback locator does not match up with audio

Hi, anyone else have this 'problem' ? My locator seems to be about two beats ahead of the actual audio

I get that too. Especially playing back numerous/Multiple tracks.

Is this with MS Mapper, Classic Wave drivers, or ASIO drivers?

Does changing any of the settings in Prefs/Audio or Prefs/Audio/Advanced alleviate it for you?

Also, Audiophile, could you please add your system specs, or mention your soundcard here?

Hi again

I use the ASIO drivers and so far i havent been able to change anything. If i close down the program (Acid 5.0b) and restart it the problem is almost gone but then it gradually gets worse. It is impossible to work on details when this problem appears and its sad :-(

What's everyone with the problem using for a sound card and video card? Martian's using an E-MU 1820 with an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro.

I'm using an Echo MiaMIDI (using Echo's PureWave ASIO drivers) with an ATI Radeon 9200 and have no problems.
