Subject:lip synching anims with SF

In the past I've used SoundForge to synch flash animations with wav files.

I used to be able to set the framerate in SF (for examples 15 fps). Then I would tap markers into the WAV file.

Then I would copy the markers to the clipboard and paste them into a textfile, showing me exactly what frames (at 15 fps) aligned with the markers.

I'm using SF 6.0 these days and I no longer find myself able to set the framerate to 15 fps and do what I used to do.

Could someone please help me figure out how to do this?

Could you outline how you used to go about doing this, giga? It was always my understanding that Sound Forge allows you to view the framerate at different standards (like SMPTE Non-Drop), not change it.
