Subject:plugin output

i'm new to soundforge, but i'm an old hand at sonar. i'm using a NR plugin (Redunoise) ok in sonar, but in soundforge i've not got something set right, because when i process the audio the source track gets filled with silence. when i play/audition it the sound is ok and the NR is working. can someone help me get the output from the effects chain into either the original source track or a new track? thanks

That is a known issue: SoundForge by some reason does not reread the preset and uses the one it stored previously. To resolve this you should touch the Out or the Mix knob back and forth. I know that sounds like a funny solution, but there is no other workaround currently available - unless you can ask SoundForge's staff to fix this."
