For Acid Pro 5.0 How do you control the volume when you make Midi files? I have used the volume control on the general tab, not much increase in volume, then at the bottom of the Midi window there is a volume setting, still not much volume difference. After making the Midi, I try raising the volume on the track in Acid, still not much change. Is there a setting in preferences that controls volume for Midi files? I just did the b update and since then my volume has dropped to a whisper for my Midi file creation. Something changed. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. tartaruga |

if you're working in the Midi Editor window you can control the volume output of the Midi you're hearing with the Preview slider in the Mixer panel. (not very logical, i know). however, this setting does not affect the volume of the Midi when you play the entire project from the sequencer pane. for that you have to muck about with track sliders, bus sliders and sometimes sliders in the VSTi itself.
