Iris bug???

I'm still getting a pause at the beginning of the iris effect in V6. This is a bug right? Sony will this be fixed? Same problem in V5.

Straight iris with no feather seems to work. When I use feathering (full) it starts then pauses and then continues.

Vegas 4 also had it. At least in 5 and 6 you can keyframe the transition and remove the pause, but it is still a PITA.
