Missing Frames on Render

I'm not one for cross posting, but, I'm just trying to get to the problem of this quickly.

I'm rendering my project for DVD - Architect, and through the help of this forum, was able to render the audio as AC-3 separate from the MPEG-2. The project was working fine.

After some additional edits per client, I'm rerendering and running into missing frames in the file when I load it up into DVD-A.

How do the frames end up missing. I'm talking alooooot of frames too. I can't figure this out.

Using V6 and DVD-A3

The other day I rendered a 38 minute .avi file and I was missing one frame (the missing frame was somewhere around one minute and thirty seconds into the video). I was going to post and ask if this was normal but I didn't feel like one frame was a big deal. Your case seems like a big deal.
