What is the License Transfer procedure

If I were to transfer the license to Vegas 4 and DVD Architect 1 while keeping Vegas 5 & 6 and DVD architect 2 & 3, where do I find the procedure outlined?

Contact Customer Service. They'll need contact info on the purchaser and send him/her a new serial number. Yjey won't be able to use it for any upgrades though.

From Section 5 of the End-User License Agreement:

5. ASSIGNMENT. You may assign the Software to a third party only if they agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you assign the Software, your rights under this Agreement will terminate immediately and you must: (a) cease all use of the Software, (b) permanently delete all copies of the Software from the computer on which it has been installed, and (c) deliver the original Software to the transferee, You may not retain the original or any copies of the Software.

It works very well, just sold my Vegas 4 and DVDA 1.

Called the support line for registration. Gave them the name and email of the new person and told them which products I was transferring. Worked without a hitch.
