Subject:The Groove Bucket !!!

When I right click a loop/ sample from the "Explorer" window I have the option to "Add to groove bucket"..What is a "Groove Bucket"? what does it do? what is it for? is it fun?
Where would one find this "Groove Bucket" Thank You.

Actually, it’s a “Groove Pool” and you can find it on the Groove Pool tab in the docking area or by selecting View > Groove Pool from the main menu. It’s the place where all the grooves are kept. Grooves allow you to change the way ACID interprets the timings of the beats in a loop. ...and yes, it is great fun.

sorry...no such "Groove Pool" shown under "View". I would assume if it's available (...not greyed out) it would.. do... something. Thanks for your help.
p.s. I am using ACID Music Studio 5

That's right. There is no Groove Pool in ACID Music Studio 5, nor can I find an option when I right-click in the explorer that says Add to Groove Bucket. Are you using the latest version, i.e., ACID Music Studio 5.0a (Build 152)?

Hmm...groove support is only available with ACID Pro 5.

Where did you get this copy of ACID?

This is a menu item bug that appeared in the initial release of ACID Music 5.0 (build 128). If you select "Add to Groove Bucket" in ACID Music 5.0, it will perform no operation.

It has been removed from that context menu for the 5.0a update.

I checked the build # (128) so that explains it... p.s. I Purchased this software from Sony.
