What do you mean by "point to it"?
In Options-Preferences-Video, what is the video capture application?
It should be, C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas 6.0\VidCap60.EXE

When I have V6 point to C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas 6.0\VidCap60.EXE as the default folder, it will not start up Vid Cap. If I have it point to C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas 5.0\VidCap50.EXE I can use Vid Cap 5.0 from V5 that is still on my computer. I just can't figue out why it won't start up. I've tried with and without Media Manager on.

Skyhi, what build of Vegas 6 are you running?

There is an issue with Vidcap60.exe failing to launch with Vegas6.0 build 84 that shipped on the first batch of CD's.

Vegas 6.0a build 99 should resolve that bug.
