Pattern Creating with BOSS DR-880 Question -Sound Forge - PC

When I create a pattern with multiple measures, I can only get the FIRST measure to play/sound the Drums and Bass. The Pattern scrolls through the following measures, but no sound is played until the pattern repeats to the first measure, then the sound stops again at the second measure. The other measures will not play Drums or Bass. I must have some preference 'ticked' somewhere I'm unaware of. Any ideas? Thanks Gary
