Return to Menu after chapter

Hi,
I have a clip with 10 chapters and I want to be able to play a chapter then return to the menu.

I have read the manual and from what I gather, I need to dupe the clip 10 times and set the relevant in and out points for each clip. So that I am really creating 10 sub clips and not 1 clip with 10 chapter points.

Is there a way of just using the one clip and selecting the chapter via the usual drop down menu?

I made one with 36 chapters a couple of weeks ago (kids figure skating show). Approach was 1 honking huge clip then 8 chapters per page with links to the other chapter pages and MAIN. When the user clicks "menu" while a chapter is playing he/she is taken to the sub the clip is on then can click MAIN or menu again to go back to the title page...not sure if this answers your question.

From what I remember, you put the 1st menu on then copy that menu and then re-adjust the in and out points and just keep copying the menu item till you are done.
