However, when i got Vegas 5 & DVD Architect the links & serial numbers for both were in the same email. Also when i got Sound Forge 6 and Noise Reduction 2 as a package, both serial numbers and download links were in the same email.

If you are still waiting for something, I'd call Customer Service. From the way I was handled, I got everything the very first day. Bob
