I noticed another odd bug in the SF8 Batch Converter. The Remove Button is missing from the Files To Convert tab.

I can provide a screen shot if necessary.

One more thing. I just went to report this through the Customer Service Email. Despite the fact that all of my serial numbers and system information are stored in my account, I still have to reenter all of it on the Ask Customer Service form.

Arg.

You don't need to enter SN info into the customer service e-mail form. If it's in your user account, then we have all that info here. Sometime -- don't know when -- when you fill in the red *'d part of the form, then the other items will fill in. But this is just an unnecessary step so that users see it. When you tried to submit the question without the SN, did it reject you?

Are you still not seeing the Remove button?

Thanks,

- Suzan

Thanks for the reply.

I have a SN and entered it, so I don't know if if would reject me without it.

I have not heard back from Tech Support, so yes, I am still not seeing the remove button. I did send Tech Support an image of the Remove-free Batch Convert window.

If anyone else was seeing this, tech support got back to me:

"This is actually a known issue. It is caused by setting your fonts to large size in the Windows display properties. The only way to fix it for the time being is to reduce the font size in Windows. You can work around it by using the keyboard shortcut for removing files, which is Alt+R This should be fixed in a Sound Forge update, though I don't have a timeframe for the release of the update.."

I did not know that (obviously). Thanks for the update.
