A friend of mine said to try the KX drivers to resolve the E-MU driver/ sony software problem. Has anybody given this a shot? I have the 0404 card and am having the the same problems as some of the others. I will give it a try this weekend and report back. Dan |

What problem are you explicitly refererring to? Aren't the KX drivers only for EMU10K1 and EMU10K2 chipset-based cards? This would include the EMU Audio Production Studio, SBLive, and Audigy series of cards... |

Thanks Nate: I am having the same problems as B. C. and most of us trying to use the E-MU asio/sony software. Read his thread (Subject: ACID 5.0a and the EMU 1820M) Sony PCH is aware of the problem. We have been told this is a E-MU issue and not sony. So....just waiting for E-MU. I think your right about the KX divers. Dan |

Yes, we are working on the issue with EMU as I type this. I was just making sure that you didn't have an EMU10K1 or EMU10K2-based card and were seeing problems, as I personally tested most of the cards that the KX drivers would run on and didn't see any issues at all. |
