Subject:How do I apply the Plugin chainer to multiple files ?

I have a number of wave files open simultaneously, and I want to apply the plugin chainer to each one in turn. However when I move from the first file to the next, the plugin chainer goes empty and I have to start all over again on the second window. I want to keep the contents of the plugin chainer and preview it across any open file I choose. How do I do this ? It used to be possible in SF4 And SF5 but I can't see where the switch is in 7.

Save a chain package and load it for each window.

Each window has it's own chain as of version 7.0 to support automation and chain undo/redo appropriately.

If you search this forum, there is a way to re-enable the shared chainer in internal prefs, but it is unsupported, untested, and potentially unstable.
