hi, i'm wondering how do beat match audiotracks like at the following demos, does anyone has some tutorials about it?

What you want to do is beatmap each song and save the beatmap information with the file. Then bring each file back into a new project and all their tempos will match up. There’s a whole chapter dedicated to Beatmapping tracks in the new Instant ACID book. I don’t know of any free tutorials.
