What all can acid pro 5 do, in terms of looping or creating music? .. someone please help me, im ignorant in this software.

Go here, http://www.acidplanet.com/tools/8packs/ and download this week's 8 Pack. This will show you how someone else created a complete song from loops.

ACID allows you to create music by painting events called “loops” on a timeline. You control where and when the loops of music play and ACID takes care of matching their tempo and keys. I would suggest you download the free version of ACID (follow the ACID Express link on the page Chienworks posted) and play with it to see what it can do with that 8-Pack.
