Are the rest of you experiencing POOR customer service experiences???. I've been trying to post an email to customer service regarding my recent Sound Forge 8 purchase, and I'm getting no where. I keep getting Sorry your email cannot be submitted because the email address I submitted is already in use; or various others negative responses. I haven't been able to get a current status on my order for two days now. What Gives. Sonic Foundry did a much better job of customer service and early pricing for long term customers. Sony has a long way to go to improve in this area.

Where did you go to send an email? Did you try going through "My Account", then "My Support"? If you're logged in here, you should be able to simply click the "Post a Question" link there.

The other option is to use the "lost password" option, because clearly you've registered with customer service already.

Don't forget that SF8 just came out, so they're probably a bit busier than usual. Even so, my inquiry via the support center (on Tuesday) was dealt with very quickly.

If you're looking for the status of your orders, did you go to the My Orders page? If it's not there, call CS.

Yes I did go to my account, but it didn't show any new status until this morning; four days after placing my order, then just to find the package had already been delivered to my mail room. But if I knew that yesterday, I wouldn't have sent this string. Oh Well, thanks for followup.
