The scripting engine requires the framework.

Besides, a lot of upcoming apps from many companies will require the framework so it's a good time to install it.

But why not to install apps of Sony, with an notification of disabling the scripting, instead of disabling the installation at all?

Looks like a lot of trouble to me...
Why don't you want to install the framework ?

1. i understand that only 1.1 required, when i downloaded new FW it doesn't go
2. i suspect it is FW who crashed my FarCry image in game, i have installed not only FW but only my machine has FW and other similar machines have all the programs i have.
3. i think i don't use scripting at all, but i may be wrong
