Subject:What's the latest word on Behringer mixers?

A few years ago, when I originally was doing my research, some people didn't think much of the then current Behringer mixers.

I have a Behringer UB802 that I was planning on using mostly when performming with my arranger keyboard. It works fine for that purpose.

What are the current ideas on using this mixer recording with SF 5.0?

BTW, I use a Mia sound card so other than the mixer, there are no volume controls with the Mia control panel.

Thanx
Scott

I have a UB802 myself, as well as a BCF2000 (motorized fader control surface). As far as I'm concerned, they are awesome at their respective price points.

Incidentally, this opinion is based on my using the BCF2000 with Cubase SX3 in Mackie emulation mode - I haven't used the surface with any of the Sony line (ACID, SF, Veg). Do any of them support control surfaces?

Thanx for the reply.

I am not sure what you mean by control surface. But, I'm all ears.
