Subject:Komplete2 Standalone or DXi Plugin

Just got Komplete2 and I'm new to PC-based music creation. Should I install Komplete2 as a stand alone app or as a plugin with ACIDPro5?
I also have SONAR.

You definitely want to install it as a VSTi plug-in for ACID Pro. Install the DXi plug-in for SONAR. It’s up to you if you want to install it as a standalone as well. I have several of their instruments (Pro-53, B4, & Kontakt) and sometimes I enjoy just sitting down at my MIDI keyboard and playing them so I would do all three. The standalone versions don’t take up that much room over and above the plug-ins.
