Subject:Bug reporting for AcidPro 5

I just installed AcidPro 5 and have come across dozens (yes, that’s plural) bugs ranging in severity from nuisance to app crash.

Although sitting around just bitching about the problem is always fun, I, along with many others, would like to help out and make AcidPro better. Thus, what would be the best way to report such bugs to Sony?

Is there a web accessible bug tool?
If not,
Is there a bug form (.doc, .xls) that we can fill out and send in?
If not,
What information would you need in a bug report? What format?
Plus,
What would be better: Send them all in one email or separate?

Oh, wait… Would you guys even use customer reported bug tickets?

Hi Hansz,

To answer your question:
"Is there a web accessible bug tool?"
Yes, email CS. It doesn't end with them. If they cannot solve the problem, they pass the information on to engineering.

"What information would you need in a bug report"
Computer specs are highly desirable - CPU, memory, OS, if you have OS service packs installed, Sound card, Graphics card...

"What would be better: Send them all in one email or separate?"
Any report would be fabulous! Whatever is easier for you.

"Would you guys even use customer reported bug tickets?"
ABSOLUTELY!
