Importing DVDA projects

Hello I'm trying to build a menu based dvd, which would include among other clips, one that I have already divided into chapters and submenus as a previous project.
Is there a way to import that project into my current project, just like other applications do (After Effects for example) without the need to recreate the chapters etc?
Also is there a way to duplicate a menu with its contents, in one action?

You could try opening the original project in another instance of DVDA, then doing a cut-and-paste between the two. That's what I had to do a while back in order to properly convert several DVDA1 projects to DVDA2 (before Sony fixed the bug that prevented this); it should be no different for DVDA2 to DVDA2.
