Subject:Interesting noise gate plugin Posted by: vitalforces Date:2/24/2005 2:15:57 PM Just wanted to share with this forum, a plugin I found while looking for a noise gate with a soft knee and some sort of low pass or band pass / expander feature (for dialog, so that there's not total silence between spoken lines). Realizing I'm addressing a group who doubtless know far more on the subject than I do, it was intriguing to find an inexpensive plug-in in which the user can custom-shape the filter with a mouse. I took the liberty of posting a link to this little $20 product, which works in both SF and Vegas.
