I think realistically with any vector graphics you need to render them out.
Vector graphics and video are a totally different way of doing things.
The whole idea of vectorgraphics is that they have infinire resolution and can define objects in a 3D space.
Video is rasterised (fixed res) and very much 2D.

Can Swift 3D 4.0 export to AVI? If so, try this as Vegas should be able to open AVI files.

swf works in vegas 5 but its kinda funny...i'd rather have avi
