Subject:Recording Vox using Acid Pro 5 (Timing Problem)

I have an M-Audio Firewire Solo, and whenever I record a track into Acid Pro 5 and playback, the vox are off beat (delayed). Is there a way where I can get my vox to be in alignment with the beat like how I actually performed when I was recording (real time)?? Also..is there some type of plugin or application I could use to have a multitrack window display (like Protools) so I can see the volumes (levels) of each track instead of having to use rewire and use another DAW??

you can adjust the audio latency in preferences under audio. It should detect the latency automatically but it is also possible manually. if that doesnt work, it probably has something to do with FW.
