Crashing of pc and lost my files!!!! -ACID Product Family

Subject:Crashing of pc and lost my files!!!! Posted by: Martian Date:2/2/2005 5:00:11 AM I run Acid Pro 5.0 on a P4, 3.4 Ghz - Abit IC7Max3, 2*Sata raid discs, 2 Gb ram, Ati radeon 9800 pro, E-mu 1212m. I never had this type of problem before with Acid: I normally work on numerous tracks at a time and if I scroll the tracks while playing them, Acid unexpectedly crashes without a warning. On two occations it destroyed the acd file i was working on and wouldnt open it again. I´ve worked on Acid pro 4 before and never experienced the same problem. I wrote the service center through my acid program and send them the file and messages that appeared on crash. They haven´t answered yet (over a week) so I hoped to find somebody who can guide me through my problem. From the only Greenlander in this forum Martian
