Control Surface Question for Acid Developers -ACID Product Family

I hope the developers read this, or at least someone who knows the answer to this question. I have recently purchased a Tascam FW-1082 control surface. It's awsome. However, I had ()wrongly) assumed that since Vegas 5 had support for control surfaces, so would Acid. I was wrong. However, I have read that Acid 5.0 was supposed to have originally had it, but did not upon release. Does this mean it will be added in one of the updates? This is an important question for me, since if the asnwer is no, I will be returning the FW-1082, and if the answer is yes, I will be keeping it. PLease, Please, someone in the know let me know what the future of control surfaces in Acid looks like. Thank you! Jamey Russell
