Recording audio from Remote 25 audio extreme through USB... -ACID Product Family

Subject:Recording audio from Remote 25 audio extreme through USB... Posted by: DJ_Don Date:1/30/2005 9:33:01 AM I recently bought a Novation Remote Audio Extreme, and one of the selling features is the ability to route the audio from the synth through the USB connection. I can do this into Sound Forge 5.0 by selecting it in the audio preferences, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it in Acid 5.0 (Pro). I have a Delta 1010 interface, and I can select the Remote as a MIDI I/O option, but the Delta is the only thing that comes up when I try to record audio. I guess I'm asking is there a way to have Acid recognize more than one sound card option? I want to be able to come up with a MIDI track, and then record the audio from the Extreme into Acid through USB. Thanks.

Depends:

You should be able to use Wave Classic driver for this hardware and the 1010's Wave driver at the same time.

You can only use a single physical ASIO device at a time.
