Subject:error when opening project

When I try to open a project in acid pro 5.0, I get the following error:

OK, I'll do it; however, if you want to the media files are like a total of 23 MB in size. If you want I could send the media files to you as .rar files in small increments., and after looking at some of the media files that I used for my project, I noticed that
some of the .sfk extension files were missing. I think this might be part of my
problem. What do you think? Overall, I guessing that I might have to do the project over. It probably won't be that bad because I can use my rendered track as a guide for doing my project over.
