Subject:ACID 5.0 media manager

I can't get media manager to install. It pops up the dialog box saying it's going to install it, but the the dialog closes and nothing.... Event viewer only reports error 11708. Is it possible to start media manager install separately from Acid so I can try to troubleshoot it?
