Subject:Time signatures other than 4/4

Greetings all,

I do a lot of tunes in time signatures that are not 4/4. Anybody know of any tricks to get around the 4/4 limitation when creating loops in Acid?

What limitation is that? If you set the project signature to 3/4, the metronome will play in 3/4, you can record your loops in 3/4, and they will play back in 3/4. If you edit them in Sound Forge be sure to specify there are 3 beats to a measure. Works for me.

I agree that the beat markers in the Beatmapper and in Sound Forge are fixed at 4 beats to a measure and that should be fixed, but other than that, you should be able to have any time signature for your loops that you want.
