the acid music update has been out for a minute. where's AP 5.0a? i'm getting sick of acid scanning for plugins everytime i launch the app. it takes forever. |

How come it does this to you ? Curious issue. If you have time, please tell us which plugins you're talking about (dx, vst or vsti), and what kind of these you're using if you have a list ! Also let us know if : -You use Cakewalk VST Adapter -You have different applications using your plugins -This issue only happened with AP5, on the same PC AP4 was installed, etc... And tell us about your Folder organisation on plugins. (Separated VSTfx / Dx folders & Separated VSTi / DXi folders, etc...). |

this is a known bug...it's even addressed in the acid music 5.0a update. and yes i'm using the vst-dx adapter (for compatability with 4.0 projects), some vst, dx, plus my UAD-1 plugs. |
