Subject:Extract Regins help?

The version i have is 7.0b and in the quick start manual it say's to extract regins to go to tool's and extract regins.. well even after i make regins there is no extract regin option.. hummm can some one please help me out ? but for now i just do it's the old cut and paste way :)

Are you using Sound Forge or Sound Forge Studio? Extract Regions is available only in the full version.
