Spinning Globe fx

Does anyone know where I may find a good download of a spinning globe (planet Earth) on the net? The ones I have so far are either still, or just not satisfactory for the effect I have in mind.

Look for Celestia. It's an amazing software to do space animations and I think it's for free.

Celestia is perfect and it's free! It only took a couple of minutes to get a sample going in Vegas. I can't believe something like that is free and without user restrictions.

Very impressive program except I've yet to find a way to get it to write a decent looking AVI, tried uncompressed but Vegas refuses to open the file although WMP plays in fine.
Using any other encoder gives bad aliasing.
Anyone had any better luck?

I used it one time combined with Vegas. Used uncompressed output. Worked fine in Vegas. I can't remember if I did modifiy something. I'll take a closer look into it tomorrow.
