Hi, I just tried saving a tag I'd made to some actual files but got the following error message: "Saving tags and properties for some files failed and the cause could not be determined." Has anyone else seen this message? What could be cause and how to rectify the problem? Thanks, Chris (Hunt) |

Actually, no, I haven't seen that error as of yet. How many files were you adding the tag to? Iacobus ------- RodelWorks - Original Music for the Unafraid Pre-order Instant ACID mD at ACIDplanet Guitars 4 Kids |

The details should have told you what files failed. You can get this message if you try to save to a file format that doesn't allow it. Currently you should be able to save to wav, w64, wma, pca, mp3, avi. I may have missed some but these should definitely work. Is it one of these files? -Suzan |

They were all wav files. Most of the ones that failed were mono files. After converting them to stereo I could save the tags. I was applying the tag to around 500 files but I dson't think the number is an issue. Even with one tag selected I gott he error message. Chris |
