Subject:3.0/5.0 reading project file problem

My AP5.0 doe's not read the project files created by AP3.0. Doe's anyone here have the same problem as me?
error message is
Exception 0xC0000005 (access violation) READ:0x825A000 IP:0x77F781E3

Do you still have AP3 installed and do they still open fine under AP3? I’m thinking that maybe a plug-in that is used in the project no longer exists on your PC and perhaps AP5 is failing when it attempts to load that plug-in. (just a wild guess)

Johnny, thanks for the reply.
I still have AP3 in my PC and I can open the all project files very normally. I've been so satisfied with AP3 and I did not upgrade it to AP4. (So, this is the long-absent upgrade)
I heard that AP4 had not read AP3 project files normally when AP4 had been just released, and that bug was fixed later.
Then, maybe this the kind of bug of the AP5 right after the release....or......do anyone has the same trouble?
