Subject:ACID 5 Constant crashing Posted by: MINDCRIME Date:12/23/2004 8:51:03 PM Acid 5 is constantly crashing on me, I asked someone else who said its doing it to them too. did I waste my money and should have been happy with 4. or do I just put all my projects on hold untill it fixes itself?

(I went to XP from WIn2000) without a crash. They are trying to figure out what the issues are with the ReWire dll problem among other things. I had to start those projects over using AP4... That was a huge pain. Acid 5 will be cool when some of these issues are ironed out. But if you can't afford to loose anything, I'd keep ver 4 handy. (That is of course if you didn't upgrade, you could have both on your system - I know what you guys at Sony are thinking...)
