Subject:FX Chain causes crash in Acid 5

I made an FX chain in Acid 5.0. Acid was playing the mix. I saved the chain. I then adjusted the effects and decide to remove one of the effects. I got an error message and Acid closed. Now when I try to add the chain to a track Acid crashes with the same error message. I guess the chain is corrupt some how. Should I have paused the playback before removing one of the effects from the chain? It was being bypassed at the time? Would like to avoid this happening again. Below is the error message.

Thanks,

Chris (Hunt)

What effects were (are) in the chain? Some effects can cause trouble.

Thanks for the reply - It's been a long day and I can't remember now! Definitely Express Reverb and I think Express Delay. There was one more but what it wast eludes me now. I had adjusted the setting for Express Delay and decided I didn't want the other two in the chain. I'd already unchecked them so they were being bypassed. It was when I tried to delete them that the error occurred.

Chris
