Subject:acid 5

I'm using an old comp bought from a friend who had acid 4.0 installed, he uninstalled all his programs and deleted his files but the drive was never fully wiped when i got it. will i have any issues trying to install acid 5 if traces of acid 4.0 or his serial are still within the drive?

no. you can have both versions on the same computer at the same time...

ACID 4 and 5 will run on the same machine. But, you mentioned the serial number. If he gave you ACID 4 and the serial number, you or he must contact Customer Service and have them issue you a new number and void his old one.
