Does the upgrade from v4 to Sony's V5 include the Ac-3 license that came with Sonic Foundry V4.0? btw- My upgrade was the Vegas 5 + DVD-2 suite. |

Yes, Vegas 5 + DVDA 2 includes AC-3. You'll need to install and register DVDA 2 to unlock AC-3 for use from Vegas 5. |
