Just checked it, and it seems to be fine...42 people in there right now. Cleared your cache or anything like that lately?

No problem from here. I am in Toronto.

BTW .. Spot, if you're checking in - when do you expect we could see 'Now Hear This' ship?
Cheers,
Tom

I refuse to comment on the grounds that it may incriminate me. We've nearly gotten the legal clearance we need to release.
Let this be a lesson. Don't ever do a product-featured video for a company that you have a great relationship with unless you have a very well defined release. That company could be bought/sold/out of business and you have to redo much of it again. :-(
For all the stupid legal stuff I've dealt with, you'd think I'd have known better.
And when it comes out, I promise, you'll look at it and wonder what the fuss was all about.
There are 3 short streams on the web from the video now, so you know we're redoing the dang thing. :-)

If I did clear my cache, I really don't know how I did it..?
In fact, I got the login page (main) and all the links seem to work except: Veg Files, Tutorials and Reviews links. I can sometimes go from link to link but when it comes to the "final" page, it's this grey page with basic links that don't work (like a page that would've been designed by somebody who had a one hour crash course with Dreamweaver) and NoT these black pages full of links I used to have...

Example, for the tutorials page, I got this URL:
http://www.sundancemediagroup.com/help/kb/kb_tutorials.asp

...but it's a grey page with only "projects", "my account" and "sign out" html links on this (again) grey page.

I just clicked the link you pasted and everything was fine.

What browser are you using?

I had a similar problem ages ago. Here's what I did. YMMV:

1. went to the 'All Things Vegas' page
2. right clicked on the 'Veg files' link
3. from there selected 'Cached Snapshot of Page'
4. logged in and loaded it
5. shutdown browser
6. came back in to 'ATV' page and selected 'Veg files'

FuTz,

If you continue to have difficulty with the file sharing bit of VASST, please e-mail me directly and, as the programmer for that section, I'll do my best to figure it out.

Got it!
Here's the way I went this time:

1-http://www.vasst.com/
2-clicked "Other software tutorials
3-clicked "Veg Files"

I really don't know how come it worked this time since I had been trying different ways and always ended up with this empty page .
I bookmarked it and erased all the other links I had in my favorites so now I guess everything's right. : )
