Missing FX w/ Loading SF Acid 4 files to Sony Acid 4??? -ACID Product Family

Subject:Missing FX w/ Loading SF Acid 4 files to Sony Acid 4??? Posted by: Hertyar Date:12/3/2004 12:29:46 PM I've been going through some tracks that are a few years old. I THINK pre Sony days. These files are all stored on DVD. What's happening is, I load the files, and all the FX sends have been converted somehow to busses OR, their completly missing. One song I know for a fact probably had a good 10 fx sends set up has 0 sends! I am NOT getting any errors from Acid that says "FX cannot be found" like I have in the past If I've upgraded a pluggin or something. The data just doesn't seem to be there. I've tried copying the song and it's folder over to my hard drive and loading from there and still the same. I thought of installing a seperate copy of SF Acid 4 without any of the current updates, but the install program just says there is a newer version installed and refuses to go any further. I can always redo the fx on these songs, buit who wants to if I don't have to? Any clues? Thanks! Martin
