Everything's in the question. I'm just wondering, cuz I didn't see any info on that one. |

Not a whole lot. You'll want a card with enough memory to display the resolution and color depth you like. But even 1600x1200 at 24 bits only needs 8MB. Probably the only other concern that would matter is a dual head display so you can run two monitors side by side. Other than that, it's just a display card and doesn't influence or help audio applications in the slightest. |

Ow that's a good thing to know. Cuz most of the Graphic Cards I know are so noisy. I prefer my Intel onboard VGA ^^. Dual display is not for me yet. |

Adding to what Chienworks said, having a video card with well-written drivers would help you out in respect to stability. Video card drivers account for a significant portion of system problems, even if not directly related. (I mean, you do have to look at a monitor when using ACID, after all.) As an example, I had to take a look at a friend's system the other day. AOL 9.0 wouldn't launch unless I brought video acceleration down a couple notches. (This particular video card didn't have any updated drivers either; it was one of those Diamond Stealth cards, which are ancient in computer years.) In respect to DAWs, it's usually the last thing the user takes a look at when it should be one of the first things.
