Once I recieve AP5 will I be able to install AP5 on my home computer and on my laptop.

The short answer is yes. You can install on your laptop and desktop under certain conditions. I have ACID Pro 5 installed on both my desktop DAW and portable laptop. For a more detailed discussion, about this subject, from a couple of weeks ago, check this thread out:
