AWANDA has a different product on sale every day next week. On Thursday the have their DX Modulation pack on sale for $60.00. Is there anybody out there using it? Is it worth the money? Is it an improvement on the Sony effects? Just curious. |

I'm bumping this thread just one time, because I really want to know if someone is using these plug-ins. If no one is using them I guess that says something too. |

I tried to find the site and came across a German site but I couldn’t read anything. A link to what you are talking about sure would help. (Obviously, I don’t have these since I don’t know where to find them) ~jr |

Sorry. The company site is: http://www.anwida.com The kvr-vst thread is: http://www.kvr-vst.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=63080 Johnny, I think your answer told me a lot. I downloaded the demos and I thought they sounded pretty good. I just don't know that they are better than the Sony plug-ins and other free-bees I already have. |

i think the only one worth getting is the limiter because the waves limiters are sky high. probably a better deal for effects is the waves musican's bundle which comes with an EQ, compressor, doubler, and delay. there also a version that replaces the EQ for the waves flanger and adds a compressor built for guitar. either of the bundles are $150. if your planning to spend over 300 bucks for effects you're better off finding a UAD-1 or powercore card on ebay for around $400. then you'll have superior compressors, good EQs, and modulation effects, plus a dedicated PCI card to run them on so you won''t have to upgrade you computer for a while. not to mention you can always resell it. i don't think there's much market for used ANWIDA plugs. |

I agree that the uad or powercore is a great way to go. I was just wondering about these because of the sale for $60.00. I liked them. I just don't know if I like them enough to actually buy them. |

In case anyone was interested, I decided to pass. I went looking for tremelo and found several free vst tremelos. My favorite is B Cheese (http://www.x-buz.com/products.html). Also ndcTrem. Why buy when the world of vst just opened up? I'm gonna have freebee fun for a while. |
