Subject:where to find ac3 encoder?

I am using acid for a long time, and now I got acid pro 5. When I tried to find the ac3 encoder to render my 5.1 projects, sony tells that no longer sells that package. Please, where can I find a download that works?
And by the way, I can't even render to the 3 .wav files as the help shows!!
What´s the trick?

I don't know why they say they dont sell it ..
